Manufacturer's Warranty

We stand by the quality and craftsmanship of our footwear. All our shoes are warranted against manufacturing defects for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Coverage Includes:

  • Defects in materials or workmanship.

 

Exclusions:

  • Damage resulting from misuse, accidents, or alterations.
  • Normal wear and tear.

 


30 Day Trial

Groundies offers a 30-day right of withdrawal, allowing customers to return products within 30 days without providing any reason. The withdrawal period expires 30 days from the day the customer, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by the customer, acquires physical possession of the goods.

During This Period:

  • You can return or exchange the shoes for any reason.

 

Conditions:

  • Shoes should be in their original condition.
  • User must be registered and subscribed to newsletter.
