We are pleased to offer customers in the continental US fee shipping of $5 / pair of shoes

For orders under $120 consumer will pay full amount of shipping cost

Shipping is only possible within the continental USA and will be shipped by USPS or FedEx, depending on the package size. Unfortunately, the shipping service provider cannot be determined in advance due to automated processes.

Please note that we do not deliver to PO Boxes. We kindly ask that you provide a physical address for your order.

Delivery time: 

The warehouse processing time after placing an order usually takes between 1-2 days. The delivery time will be after processing time, and takes place between 1-5 business days.

If a product you ordered is unavailable, we will let you know right away.

Transport damages:

Please note the following proceedings: Transport damage must be reported to the transport company immediately upon receipt of the goods. You must then inform us of any transport damage found. If you wish to return goods, please inform us of the damage in advance using the contact form.

Returns:

For returns requiring a refund, the amount will be credited back to you through the payment method used to place the order.

Returns of unworn shoes are available within 30 days.  (indoor fit check accepted) 

Standard Shipping & Expedited Shipping Charges are not eligible to be refunded

Refunds will be to original payment method less a $10 restocking fee

For orders under $120 consumer will pay full amount of shipping cost

Shoes that show wear or outdoor use are not eligible for refunds
