Manufacturer's Warranty

We stand by the quality and craftsmanship of our footwear. All our shoes are warranted against manufacturing defects for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Coverage Includes:

  • Defects in materials or workmanship.

 

Exclusions:

  • Damage resulting from misuse, accidents, or alterations.
  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Final Sale items

How to File a Warranty Claim

30 Day Trial

Groundies offers a 30-day right of withdrawal, allowing customers to return products within 30 days without providing any reason. The withdrawal period expires 30 days from the day the carrier shows as having delivered the items.

During This Period:

  • You can return or exchange the shoes for any reason.

 

Conditions:

  • Shoes must be in their original condition, unworn and in original packaging.
  • User must be registered and have proof of purchase.
